William Kane, DDS, MBA  
William T, Kane, DDS, MBA graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1980. He maintains a general practice in rural Dexter, Missouri. In addition to practicing dentistry, Dr. Kane's interest and passion have been in the area of recovery and wellness. Dr. Kane served as Chairman of the Dental Well-Being Committee for the Missouri Dental Association from 1987 to 2016. Additionally, Dr. Kane served as a member of the Dental Wellness Advisory Committee (DWAC) with the American Dental Association. Dr. Kane is very familiar with issues facing dental professionals and patients with addictive diseases. He also completed an MBA in 1992 from Southeast Missouri State University. In 2013, Dr. Kane was selected by the Missouri Dental Association as "Missouri Dentist of the Year". In May of 2016, Dr. Kane was appointed to serve on the Missouri Dental Board and currently serves as President.
He enjoys mentoring young pre-dental and dental students as they enter and progress through dental school. In his free time, Dr. Kane is as waterfowl hunting enthusiast and traveling with his family.

Lorena Williams  
Lori has enjoyed serving the dental community as an independent practice management consultant and software trainer for 16 years. Originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Lori has coached dental practices ranging from startup practices to seasoned dentists in need of a team rebuild. With 27 years of experience in both clinical and administrative dental positions, Lori focuses on nurturing individual team attributes to achieve success at each position repeatedly proving that proper training creates a professional stress free work environment that results in long term employees, committed patients and steady financial growth of the practice. By declaring each team members' attributes and with intimate guidance their focus can be on the patients' experience, treatment plan acceptance and patient retention.

Machell Hudson, RDH  
Machell Hudson, RDH, is on faculty & consults with clients through Productive Dentist Academy. She is a full-time clinical hygienist with Dr. Bruce Baird at Granbury Dental Center, and holds advanced certification in laser therapy and oral-systemic connection through the BaleDoneen method preceptorship. She is an active member of American Academy of Oral Systemic Health(AAOSH) and sits on the marketing board.
Machell is one of America's most productive hygienist. She is the Director of oral/systemic wellness for Granbury Dental Center and a Hygiene Consultant with Productive Dentist Academy. She holds advanced laser certification, and also arterial wellness through the BaleDoneen method preceptorship.
She fell in love with the dentistry at 24 when she became a dental assistant. She has worked as a hygienist for Dr. Bruce Baird at Granbury Dental Center for 10 years where she has applied her passion for hygiene and helping people. Machell shares that she feels blessed to have a job where she is able to positively impact the lives and health of her patients who she considers as family. When she is not buried in books studying the oral/systemic connection she can be found playing outside, walking her dog, or spending quality time with her son who she considers to be her biggest blessing.

Warren F. Jesek, DDS, MAGD  
Combining a tried-and-true, common sense outlook with an infectious passion for optimum dentistry, Dr. Jesek will excite, motivate and inspire - as well as challenge - dentists to a higher level of excellence. Dr. Jesek's core message revolves around comprehensive care for the entire family and a systematic method to deliver excellence with consistency.
Since earning his dental degree from Loyola University Dental School in 1979, Dr. Jesek has maintained a private general practice in Decatur, Illinois. Unique to the Decatur area, his practice houses a crown and bridge laboratory with three technicians focusing on using CAD/CAM milling technology to produce metal-free inlays, crowns and bridges.
Continuing his dental training at The Pankey Institute for Advanced Education beginning in 1986, Dr. Jesek has amassed more than 1700 hours of Continuing Education credits and is a current member of the L.D. Pankey Dental Foundation. He became a teaching assistant in their TMJ dissection course in 1997. He completed a fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry in 1991, and a mastership in 2013.
His articles have been published in Dentistry Today, Dental Economics, the Pankeygram, and the American Equilibration Society's Contact.
Dr. Jesek is the founder of Jesek Seminars for Success: Promoting and Teaching Excellence in Dentistry (an approved AGD Pace provider.). He has presented at national meetings for the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Equilibration Society, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pain Management and Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting. Seminar attendees appreciate his passionate, easy to understand approach and his teaching style, which enables deep learning and provides tools they can use when they get back to the office Monday morning.

Sam Simos, DDS  
Dr. Sam Simos received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Chicago's Loyola University. He is a graduate of the comprehensive surgical program at the Misch Institute for Dental Implants in Michigan, the leading post-graduate dental implant training center, and is nationally recognized as a leader in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

James "Will" Pledger, DDS  
Dr. James "Will" Pledger is currently an Associate Professor in the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. He is heavily involved in the graduate OMS program and will be matriculating into the program director position in 2019. Dr. Pledger graduated from UT College of Dentistry in 2001 and earned his certificate in oral surgery in 2005. Afterwards, he served 5 years in the United States Air Force at Wilford Hall Medical Center as teaching staff for the AEGD-2 and OMS programs. During his tenure in the USAF he had the privilege to serve overseas in Iraq as Chief of Head and Neck Surgery for the 332nd EMDG. After separating from the Air Force, he was able to successfully navigate private practice for 7 years before again following his passion for teaching at UTHSC.
